I have 30+ years of leadership pioneering new functions and leading large-scale transformation across 20+ global markets. Having joined PepsiCo in 1994, I recently retired as the Global Senior Vice President of Commercial Capabilities. My teams were responsible for accelerating and converting demand through advantaged insights, analytics, pricing, promotion, merchandising, marketing, and execution capabilities.
Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles across Marketing, Sales, Insights, Analytics, Retail Strategy, and Global Service Centers. I have deep CPG and Retail experience in North America and have led Commercial teams across global markets.
I thrive in helping others achieve their personal and professional aspirations. Drawing on my 35-year career, I am now pursuing my lifelong passion for lifting others through Executive Coaching. I am trained by the Center for Executive Coaching and certified by the International Coaching Federation. My purpose is to serve and enable the growth and development of others. In addition to my role as an Executive Coach, I also serve as a Business Advisor. In this capacity, my mission is to partner with leadership teams to uncover their most critical business opportunities and support their pursuit of sustained organizational growth and clear competitive advantage.
I am a proud alumnus of the Price Business School at the University of Oklahoma and have an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. I also serve on the Board of Advisors for the Kenan Institute at UNC.
My wife, Lynn, and I live in McKinney, Texas and have two sons, Connor and Tyler. I enjoy adventure travel, hiking, biking, spending time with family and friends and, of course, cheering on the Tar Heels and Sooners!
